Welcome to the Business Diversity Center. The demographics of organizations are changing and will continue to change at a rapid pace. The paradox of diversity in the workplace is that it presents one of the greatest challenges while also presenting one of the greatest opportunities that organizations will face. The Business Diversity Minor will help students understand the organizations in which they will work and the world in which they will live.
